Project Manager

Cooper Graphic Design is looking for a PT to FT temporary project manager. This position will report to the studio partners and will begin PT in January 2014. FT temporary employment will begin in February and end at the end of June. Depending on experience and demeanor, this person can either work remote or on-site.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project logistics with the client and staff (including freelancers)
  • Managing project schedules and resources
  • Gathering research and building proposals with partners
  • Working within the established project initiation process and other office standards

The Project Manager should have:

  • At least a year of project management experience
  • Understanding of print and web strategy, design and development process
  • Excellent writing skills
  • High level organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to collaborate and work well with clients and staff
  • Experience coordinating proposals including project overview information and budget
  • Ability to manage templated legal documents
  • Knowledge of Basecamp and Dropbox
  • Experience working with in-house and outsourced staff
